Q: What is Your Privacy Policy?

A: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page (s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

 

Q: What is Your Security Policy?

A: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

 

Q: What is Your Refund Policy?

A: If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt you have up to 10 business days from the date of receipt to contact us. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless your package was lost or delayed by FedEx. Should your print job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will rerun and ship the job at no charge. Bass Print Solutions reserves the right to judge what a manufacturing error and/or defect is. Q: What is Your Shipping/Delivery Policy?

A: Please be assured that your items will ship out in 2-3 days of proof approval. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. We primarily use Federal Express for out of town shipping. You will not pay more than their published rates. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express deliveries occur Monday through Friday, (unless you are purchasing Saturday delivery) excluding holidays. PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged the appropriate sales tax %.
